Dr Zano Tyrannis
Zano has spent more than 20 years in chiropractic care, treating back pain, neck pain and sciatica. He leads Bodywerks and sees patients in Limassol and Nicosia, together with Krystiana and Dr Jenni.

No. You can book directly, online, by phone or on WhatsApp. If you plan to claim from health insurance, check with your insurer whether they ask for a referral.
Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?
Adjustments are usually not painful. Some people feel mild soreness for a day or two afterwards, much like after exercise. Dr Zano explains each step before he starts.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on the problem and how long you have had it. After the first examination you will know what Dr Zano recommends and what it will cost. For sciatica and disc problems there is a 12-week programme with unlimited visits for €720.
Which languages do you speak?
Consultations are in English. Dr Zano also does a basic consultation in Russian, and replies in Russian on WhatsApp and Telegram.
How much does it cost?
The first visit, with consultation, examination and treatment, is €70. If treatment isn’t right for you, or you need an X-ray first, there is no charge. Follow-up visit €60. Acupuncture €60. Packages are available, ask at the clinic. Sciatica & disc programme: €720 for 12 weeks, with unlimited visits.
